 About the Role

We're seeking an experienced remote or local Program or Assistant Program Manager to join our office team. You'll work virtually alongside our current Program Manager, overseeing daily operations such as client and guide communications, scheduling, permit applications, and managing website/social content.

 About You

• 2-5 years of experience in operations, project management, or customer support
• Excellent communication skills across phone, text, and email
• Proficiency in project management, communications, and marketing software
• Detail-oriented with a knack for managing multiple tasks effectively
• Experience working in virtual team environments preferred
• Full-time availability, willing to work with limited time off from November to April. 
• Passion for the outdoors, with experience in backcountry skiing and/or climbing

 Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure smooth program operations
• Continuously assess and prioritize operational tasks
• Collaborate with the office team for seamless 24/7, 365-day operations
• Develop and implement efficient systems and processes
• Utilize operations tools such as Slack, Asana, G-Suite, Meta, Shopify, Klaviyo, and Airtable

 Compensation

• $50,000 - $62,000 DOE
• Paid Holidays
